Rose Water:
Rosewater is a liquid that be extracted from Mohammadi flower (scientific name: Rosa × damascena) which is fragrant. Rosewater is the result of distilling the flowers of a freshly planted rose bush with water that essential oil has been separated from an aqueous solution, which should be kept in containers with a small amount of air. The original rose is clear and without sediment, and its scent is a pleasant smell and has no sour smell. The taste of rose is heavy and slightly bitter, which is one of the most important signs of the originality of rose. Rose has a warm and mild nature.

Types of Rosewaters:
Heavy rosewater (first class): There are 35 mg of essential oil in 100 ml of this rosewater.
Light rosewater (second grade):100 ml of this rosewater contains 15 mg of essential oil.
