This type of powder be obtained by grind up the Ammani lemon. It is a dried fruit which be used as a seasoning in Middle Eastern cuisine, especially by Iranian people. Ammani fresh lemon has a mustard color and is very sour so cannot be consumed alone as fresh, because of that have been dried in the sun and use as pounded powder. It has a cold and dry nature too.
